TRAINING AND EDUCATION OVERVIEW

Menozzi IT Solutions offers technology training and education all types of areas, for both residential and business. Michael’s background is extensive on many different technology areas and can assist the users, without using confusing technology verbiage and make things clear.

RESIDENTIAL TRAINING

We work with residential customers at the customers location or somewhere that they are comfortable with. We get an understanding of what the customer wants to learn, come up with some ideas and then start the channel. We offer training in basic computer usage, how Microsoft products work, how to do specific tasks and anything else a customer can come up with.

BUSINESS TRAINING

For our business clients we can tailor any type of training for their employees. From Microsoft products to the products your business specifically uses on a day to day basis. Michael can grasp rather quickly the usage and ideas behind most customized software to put it into an easy training program. We also offer weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual training for different regulatory agencies. We are experts in the field of HIPAA compliance and offer all of our health care managed clients training plans to meet the requirements.
