MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER OVERVIEW


Menozzi IT Solutions provides monitoring and management for small businesses.  This includes many core and additional services that we provide.  A Managed Service Provider (MSP) includes services such as remote and onsite support, patch management, procurement, disaster recovery and proactive monitoring and reactive support and more.

REMOTE & ON-SITE SUPPORT

Our managed services provides for continual remote support during business hours, as well as emergency services after hours.  If something cannot be handled by a remote session, it’ s our policy to do everything possible to respond the same day and for emergency services, within 2 hours.

IT ADVISE

We are always available to discuss new and cutting edge technologies with our clients and if it makes sense to the business, deploy those new technologies.  We provide procurement services, advise on what technologies to purchase and how best to utilize those services or systems.

PATCH MANAGEMENT

Patch management has always been the bane of IT providers and business owners.  There are so many rolled out so frequently that it’s difficult to keep pace.  Our service provides for an evaluation of Microsoft patches before they are installed, recommendations on what ones not to install and which ones to wait on deployment.  This is important for the clients system integrity and security.

DISASTER RECOVERY

Backup are a fundamental service that all businesses need, some more than others.  The heath care field is always under attack by bad actors, and with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) penalties being severe, it’s important to make sure your patient data isn’t exposed.  Being able to recover your patient data and restore it is a fundamental need.  Ransomware is one such issue that requires a disaster recovery plan in order to maintain business continuity.  We provide the plans, regular services and disaster recovery if the worst occurs.

HELPDESK 

If there are ever any issues with your monitored and managed systems, we are a text, call or email away and respond appropriately based on the severity.  We are available for the easy; password changes; the benign, general IT questions; to the horrible, a ransomware attack or system wide virus.  We are available to the business owners as well as managers and employees.

REPORTING

We provide extensive reporting functions to our business owners and their designated managers, showing simple things such as guest numbers, usage, to employee usage and proper use of provided technologies.  We also have health reports, security scans and reporting specific to the businesses use case.

PROACTIVE MONITORING

Our clients systems, networks, computers, services and devices are monitored 24/7 for issues, anomalies, security threats, unresponsiveness and other troubles that may go unnoticed.  The system we deploy has self-healing features that allows systems to have subtle fixes to get the system back to full performance.
