REPAIR OVERVIEW

Menozzi IT Solutions specializes in repairing your laptop, desktop, mobile device and just about anything else that is IT related. We provides services such as complete factory operating system restoration, hardware and software troubleshooting and building custom computer systems. We can implement solutions for backing up all of your IT devices, installing the right anti-virus and anti-malware programs and upgrades.

CUSTOMER MOBILITY

We work with our customers who have mobility issues, and come to them and provide delivery back to their residence. We take care of disconnecting and reconnecting and any other tasks that are difficult to accomplish.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If it’s already known that the computer will need to be brought to the shop, the customer can schedule a drop off or work with our technicians for a pickup. Based on our experience, most computers will need to be brought to our shop for repair, but it’s not always the case, and some services can be done on-site. Since we primary work within the local area, turn around times are much shorter than industry standards.

OUR QUALITY COMMITMENT

Our policy when evaluating technology is to take the repair estimate and compare that total to what the technology item can be purchased for online. For example, if a laptop screen repair will be $350, but we can purchase the same working laptop on eBay for $200, we obviously will recommend not going forward on the repair. We do this especially when a computer reaches 3 to 5 years old.
